R N Charitable and Educational Trust is a nonprofit organization established in the year 2014 in Kolar District, Karnataka. Health, education, sustainable livelihoods, and rural development have been the prime focus areas of our trust.

Our mission is to develop a dedicated service-minded team that enables holistic development of marginalized people, through innovative, replicable models with a passion for excellence.
Our Programs
Road Safety Awareness Program
It is essential for students to be aware of the RTO (Regional Transport Office) rules when driving a vehicle in order to prevent accidents. In this program, both students and citizens of the city were educated on various topics related to road safety, including traffic rules, the importance of wearing a helmet, the procedures for obtaining a driving license, the meaning of various signboards and symbols on the road, precautions for driving at night, and the avoidance of mobile phone use while driving. Obtaining a valid driving license is a legal requirement and ensures that individuals possess the necessary knowledge and skills to drive safely on the road. Participants in the program were educated about the process of obtaining a driving license, including the necessary documents, tests, and procedures involved. More than 200 people participated in this program.
Skill Development Training Program
The objective of the Skill Certification Scheme is to empower a significant number of Indian youth to undergo industry-relevant skill training, thereby enabling them to secure better livelihoods. As part of this program, we provided training to 15 individuals in mobile repairs and 15 individuals in computer hardware and maintenance on our organization's premises. During the training program, participants were exposed to a comprehensive curriculum that covered various aspects of mobile repair and computer hardware maintenance. They received hands-on training on troubleshooting techniques, component identification, software installation, and hardware repair. Practical sessions were conducted to enhance their proficiency and build confidence in applying their acquired skills.

Education on Environment Protection

Yoga and Naturopathy Program
Every year, a seminar is conducted on Therapeutic Courses for preventing, curing, rehabilitating, and managing various psychosomatic diseases and disorders such as stress, hypertension, heart trouble, asthma, diabetes, and backache. The seminar aims to provide information on natural living and various methods of naturopathy and drugless alternative medical treatment. Participants are trained to adopt these practices as a way of life.12-Oct-2022
Blood Donation and Awareness Camp
A two-day workshop was organized on blood donation and educating people about its benefits and how it helps others. People were made aware of all the measures taken for blood donation and awareness through posters, banners, slide shows, speeches, etc. Blood donation not only helps the specific recipient but also contributes to a responsible gesture toward society. Moreover, it enhances the health of the donor, as cell depletion allows for the production of new cells that refresh our body's system.Our Impact
